Vacay Club Membership Terms

Effective Date: 19 September, 2025

1. Membership

Your Vacay Club membership gives you access to members-only travel deals and extras.

2. Pricing & Payment

Membership is $29/year (AUD) and renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime by contacting us at [[email protected]]. Cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Refund Policy

Our “Love It or It’s Free” Guarantee applies: If you book at least one stay in your first 6 months and don’t save more than the cost of membership, we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

5. Use of Deals

Deals are for personal use only. You book direct with the accommodation provider — Vacay Club is not a party to the booking contract.

6. Changes to Membership

We may update these terms or modify the deals we offer. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email.
